Main objective of this project will be to know, to understand and to come closer to the European citizens the European contemporary art and the European contemporary artists. To answer this question: Why people do not understand contemporary art? What art the economic, socials and political mechanisms that contributed to qualify contemporary art as contemporary and why people speak so much about contemporary art without really understand what it is?
In order to approach these objectives, several debates, workshops, exhibitions and conferences will take place through the project life. Concrete description will be defined in detail in project’s activities.
