Carmen Saeculare – Centre for Culture and Arts is an institution founded in 2001, by the decision of Neamt County Council, nr.38/3.08.2001. Organization is looking for partners on project Hamlet Romano. They are going to apply for EU Culture Programme (strand 1.2.1).

The aim of the project is to stimulate the intercultural dialogue by developing new work techniques – of a coherent cultural discourse by promoting the diversity and the beauty of the traditional and modern Romani culture.
