The project aims describing the different events related to persecutions in different European countries. In particular the study will try understanding who protected and who reported the persecuted to the military or police structure, which role was taken from the local institutions, private citizen and other organizations such as religious and similar ones. This will be extended to different scenarios as described hereafter.
The project will to encourage the transnational circulation of cultural works by implementation of a multimedia product. It will be accessible by the web thanks to the implementation of a dedicated site.
The main information will be organized in a film suitable for distribution by DVD.
This is considered proper to encourage intercultural dialogue because the treated cases will be relevant to different culture, religions, racial situations, etc., allowing understanding how human community has not inherent differences and how, without a dialog can suffer the same tragedies.
