Each partner group in each Member state area should develop a performance that links all the culture and heritage of that area as well as the worth and vitality of the disabled performers.
It is intended that this project will launch local schemes of this type of disability led heritage based performance. Linked to awareness raising of the competency of disabled people within their home communities.
