Cooking recipes reflect somewhat the tradition and the culture of each territory as well carry some historic elements. It is therefore extremely important not only to preserve this heritage but also inherit it to younger generations.

As such national cuisine and cooking recipes can become a useful mean of developing and strengthening transnational cooperation, understanding between the peoples, appreciation of national heritage, lifelong learning. The project will deal with the anthology of national recipes and the dissemination to the peoples, through the use of multimedia and communications technology.
