1 Exploration: The purpose is to promote an exchange of information based on direct knowledge of the activities, of personal stories, of relations with the territory, of artistic creation process and organization/management process.
2.Discoveries: to find the essential points of every centre, and working on them, to elaborate the structure of the meetings, of the reflections and exchanges.
3.Between reflections and trainings: agents from every theatre centre will organize a week, or more, of common work: workshops, reflections, etc.
4.Osservatory about the present: the results of the workshops will be introduced and aswel as new models of theatre management.
