The project proposal is to seek out a cluster of cities undergoing similar redevelopment across Europe and to jointly pioneer a range of models of artists’ integration that will provide a mutually supportive and informing network of activity.
As well as influencing developments in their earliest stages the project will deliver celebratory, participate and influential visual art activities, led by artists from partner cities which place the city’s communities at their centre.
