The aim of our festival is to break the isolation in which mentally handicapped and disabled children and adults live and create. We promote integration of mentally handicapped and disabled people into everyday society. Therefore, we also work with professional and amateur theatre groups, artists, teachers, psychologists, therapeuts in order to improve social interaction and communication. Theatre meetings are accompanied by scientific conferences organised by University of Lodz and Theatre Academy in Warsaw. Theatre Meetings take place every two years.
