Our goal is to show that design has been a part of the human experience from the moment homo erectus became homo sapiens. For by pointing to the history, we achieve the breadth we want for design, and at the same time, we oppose the inane construction of a cult of the individual and the object, which was created mainly by twentieth century. This cult banalizes design as a fetish and ignores the potential that design continues to possess.
Museum of Architecture and Design and association PEKINPAH from Slovenia are looking for partners with experiences in design theory and research.
They want to apply for Culture programme funds – strand 1.2.1 .
