Who / What are they searching for:

Stage one – preparing:
Project of international exhibition of historical costumes “History unites. History lives” is based on real cooperation with partners regarding joint preparation of costumes based upon historical sources (search for manuscripts, paintings, sculptures, jewelry with images of costumes, preserved exhibits, etc, reflecting or containing details helpful when developing garment chosen by the partner) before sewing costumes. The process of reconstruction of the outfit chosen by the individual partners (the best of their collections), will run parallel to the preparation of accompanying events, namely:
– Knights tournaments
– Shows and workshops of court dances
– Craft workshops

Stage two – exhibition and accompanying events:
The second step is the realization of the exhibition, which will take place in a certain order. In each of the Partner’s headquarters our team will spend 7 days:
1. Wednesday – arrival; 2 Thursday – setting up the exhibition, 3, 4, 5 Friday, Saturday, Sunday – exposition of the exhibition, a knights’ tournament, demonstrations and workshops, court dances, workshops, craftsmen; 6 Monday – folding down the exhibition and preparation of exhibits for further travel; 7 Tuesday – Departure.

Stage three – completion and summary:
After the tour they are planning to organize a banquet, to which will be invited representatives of all Partners, Sponsors and Patrons. Exhibits, after refreshing and possible repairs will be donated to partners who have participated in the process of their creation, to commemorate participation in the project and to enrich their collections.
