Festival of New European Opera (FONEO) is looking for partnesr from Slovenia, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Luxembourgh, Netherland, Norway, Sweden and United Kingdom from the field of cultural heritage or performing arts.
Objectives of FONEO are: to provide funding, work place, production facilities for young European creators and performers where they are invited to try out their ideas and to take risk during the creative process create a european network to develop, produce and stage new operas;
