European project turned to young artists who operate in the field of visual and plastic limbs, credited to the Academies of fine arts or the Institutes of art and culture of the European Union. The theme of the project will be the Visual, Plastic Limbs and Graphical, living in directed as during their planning, as in the more spectacular phase of the execution of the work.
