The Creative Europe Desk Slovenia (CED Slovenia) is a national information office for the promotion of the EU’s Creative Europe programme for the cultural and audiovisual sectors. CED Slovenia is responsible for the mediation and exchange of information about the Creative Europe programme and its Culture and MEDIA subprogrammes, for advising on applying to funding calls, for assisting in finding partners and co-producers, for providing professional support in promoting cross-border cooperation and networking in the cultural and creative sectors and for organising and carrying out events with an emphasis on empowering the sectors, audience development and innovation (digital shift).

The European Commission
The General Directorate of the European Commission for Education and Culture (DG EAC) and the General Directorate for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT) manage the programme from a political, institutional and budget perspective and have a communication and strategic-evaluation role.
EACEA
The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is responsible for preparing funding calls, selecting projects, informing beneficiaries and concluding agreements about the financing of projects, as well as financial management and project monitoring and control.
